Yesterday I sent 200 ATOM (COSMOS) to Crypto.com from my KeepKey wallet via ShapeShift. Crypto.com offered an ATOM address as well as a Memo. I understand now that all their ATOM come to the same address and the Memo is needed to determine for which of their customers the payment is meant. However, when sending the payment, I could not input a Memo anywhere, only the ATOM address. As a result, I have lost 500 USD worth of ATOM. I am trying to contact crypto.com but so far they have not responded. It would be good if the option to add Memo information could be added to ATOM sending capability. Thanks.
